All online orders will be shipped promptly, typically by the next business day.
Shipping is done exclusively via UPS Ground.
Most items are in stock and ready to ship. If an item is back-ordered, we will notify you and offer the option to either cancel the order or wait for the item to arrive.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we cannot process refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached (if applicable), and in its original packaging.
Some items, such as auto-belay cables, are non-returnable. Clearance and promotional discounted items are also non-returnable.

A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
